BOOKING AGREEMENT

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total stay (nightly rate plus tax) is due at the time the reservation is confirmed. The balance is due upon arrival.

Reservations must be cancelled prior to fifteen (15) days of the arrival date in order for the deposit to be refunded. If cancelled within fifteen 15) days of the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
