Nestled at over 10,000 ft above sea level, is sits in the mountains above Cedar City, and is about a 2 hour drive from Mesquite.

Glen Canyon Nation Recreation Area (Lake Powell)

Referenced also as Lake Powell, Glen Canyon is a haven for boaters, water skiers and fishers alike. The lake.s many canyons offer tranquility and solace among the sheer red rock cliffs that dive deep into the blue water. About a 2.5 hour drive from Mesquite.

Sand Hollow State Park

The new reservoir at Sand Hollow State Park offers another nearby location for boating, water skiing, and fishing. The reservoir lies at the base of Sand Mountain, which has long been and continues to be a draw for people with dune buggies, dirt bikes, ATVs and the like.
