BOOKING AGREEMENT

Minimum stay requirement: 2+ nights. Minimum stays vary by season but are never less that two nights. Please call for details.

Winter Deposit/Cancellation Policy (October 1st - April 30th):
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 14 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 14 days of arrival, full payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.

Summer Deposit/Cancellation Policy (May 1st - September 30th):
A deposit equal to the amount of one nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. All reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 50% of the reservation total.

Snowbird (Monthly) Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
A $200.00 deposit is due at time of booking. The first month’s stay will be charged to the credit card provided 14 days prior to arrival, and any subsequent months will be charged, each 14 days prior to their respective month. Any cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made 14 days prior to the commencement of the month to which the changes apply to avoid forfeiting the cost of that month, which changes are subject to a $100 fee. Cancellations prior to 14 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.

There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.

All Seasons Resort Lodging's Low Rate Guarantee means you will always receive the lowest published Internet rate for any All Seasons Resort Lodging property when you book your vacation at http://www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at http://www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.

Here's how to make a claim:

• If you find a lower rate on the Internet for the same room type, length of stay, number of guests, and dates of stay as your All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation, notify the property in which the reservation is made. Click here for contact information.
• Provide the representative with the website offering the lower rate. The representative will verify the lower rate while on the phone with you.
• Upon verification, the representative will adjust your reservation to the lower rate and provide an additional 10% off your stay.
