We've heard that all good things come in threes. Why should our Owner Program be any different? To better serve All Seasons Resort Lodging owners, we've created the following 3-Point program:
- Web Pages Specifically for Owners Providing:
- Personal monthly statements
- Property rental figures, historical and projected by unit type
- Current and past newsletters including HOA items, rental revenues, and updates on each destination's market
- Ownership Privileges:
- Free airport transportation (Curently, Park City only. Two persons max per owner stay. Must travel together. One owner must be present. Additional passenger must be a relative.)
- Free or discounted lift tickets (Park City only, varies by property)
- Special pricing on the following items and services: Rental cars, ski rentals, admission to area attractions
- Discounts at local restaurants and businesses
- VIP Arrival:
- Welcome bag containing specialty coffee and sundries provided upon arrival
- Thorough property unit cleaning prior to arrival
