Welcome to Bear Hollow, a luxury condominium and townhome village tucked away at the base of the mountain that’s home to The Utah Olympic Park.

Guests enjoy fresh mountain air and stunning year-round views from their 3-bedroom condos and 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes. Condos and townhomes alike feature fully-furnished kitchens, spacious living areas, private balconies, and tasteful décor. All top-floor condos have vaulted ceilings, and all 4 bedroom condos have three-level floorplans. All townhomes come standard with oversized baths, vaulted ceilings, and private garages.

Guests also enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the shops at Redstone Village, the well-known Tanger Outlet Shopping Center, and the popular Canyons Resort. Park City Mountain Resort and the famous boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street just a short six miles away – with Deer Valley’s world-class offerings being just a few miles further down the road and accessible by the area’s bus system.

*The local area shuttle service provides transportation to attractions within approximately a two mile radius (shopping, restaurants, and Canyons Resort), and does not include transportation into Old Town Park City, Park City Mountain Resort, or Deer Valley resort, which can be accessed using the complimentary city bus system. Shuttle runs on a space available basis and based on guest requests. Schedule times and pick-up times vary based on volume.

ACTIVITIES:

No matter what the season, there's always something going on in Park City. From the World Cup competitions on our slopes, to the summer music festivals, Park City outfits year-round entertainment.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms
    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.
