All Seasons Resort Lodging welcomes you to Prospector Accommodations.

Stay in one of three affordable properties in the Prospector Square Area: Prospector Square Lodge (hotel rooms and studio suites), New Claim Condominiums (2-bedroom condos), or Suncreek Condominiums (2-bedroom condos). Choose between premium or standard rated rooms.

Premium Suites: Enhance your stay by experiencing our premium-rated suites featuring upscale furnishing and fixtures, flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom, deluxe bedding, updated kitchens, and updated bathrooms.

Standard Suites: Guests in a standard unit can expect clean and comfortable accommodations. While all units must pass our minimum standards program, older furnishings, décor, and amenities may be encountered.

IN-ROOM AMENITIES:

Prospector Square Lodge features both standard hotel rooms and studio units. All units offer free local calls, cable TV, VCRs, coffee/coffee makers, and climate control. Studio units also have balconies, mini-refrigerators, and microwaves. Daily housekeeping includes bed, towel and trash service. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub.

Two bedroom units at New Claim and Suncreek offer spacious rooms, full kitchens, living areas, dining areas, cable TV, VCRs, free local calls, coffee/coffee makers, and climate control. A full complimentary mid-week housekeeping service is included.

Winter guests receive two one-time use passes per reservation to the adjacent Silver Mountain Sport Club and Spa. This 32,000 square foot club boasts two pools, two hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, and over 2,500 square feet of free weights and machines, aerobic rooms, a racquetball court, and more. Guests may purchase additional discounted passes year-round, but passes are only free from Nov 15-April 15.

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms & Conditions

    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

  • Travel Protection Plan:

    The 2014-2015 winter alone resulted in 63,000 flight cancellations due to weather, affecting 4.5 million passangers and costing them upwards of $2.2 billion in unplanned out-of-pocket expenses1. The long-planned vacation can also quickly turn into a short-lived dream due to illness, injuries, loss of a passport or visa, and many other events.

    That's why All Seasons Resort Lodging offers a Travel Protection Plan as an additional service to our guests. It's simple. A 7% charge of gross lodging cost, including tax, can be added to your reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation.This fee covers you, should any unforeseen event arise that impacts your vacation.

    If you choose to opt-out, you are agreeing to the strict, 100% lodging forfeiture policy in place due to any delay or cancellation of your vacation.   • Accidental Damage Protection:

    Accidents happen. Fortunately, when you book directly with All Seasons Resort Lodging, you're automatically protected from any liability due to unintentional damage to the rental unit in which you're staying.
