Resort Overview

Welcome to Prospector Accommodations, one of Park City's largest and most affordable vacation properties.

Guests can choose from a large variety of features in an equally-large selection of hotel rooms, studios, and both premium and standard rated 2-bedroom condominiums. Located in the Prospector Square area of Park City near the headquarters of the Sundance Film Festival, Prospector is comprised of three different properties throughout nine separate buildings. Each room, studio, and condo has its own personality and charm, but all come standard with washers and dryers, private balconies, and complimentary passes to the adjacent Silver Mountain Sports Club.

Both Park City Mountain Resort and Park City's Historic Main Street – with its famous restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nightlife – are a little more than a mile away and are easily reached by the free city buses that stop in front of each Prospector property every 10 minutes. Also, guests who favor Nordic skiing will enjoy being just a block away from the popular Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 30-mile-long biking trail that transforms into a spectacular and scenic cross country ski trail in the winter.

No matter what the season, there's always something going on in Park City. From the World Cup competitions on our slopes, to the summer music festivals, Park City outfits year-round entertainment.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms
    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.
