Resort Overview

Welcome to Red Pine Condominiums, located just a quarter mile from the base of Canyons Ski Resort amidst tall, fragrant pines and meandering mountain walkways.

Guests enjoy our traditional, yet well-appointed 1-bedroom condos and 3-bedroom townhomes, but also enjoy our more untraditional 1-bedroom condos with additional open loft space that can sleep up to six additional people. Full kitchens, fireplaces, washers and dryers are standard in every room, as are private patios or balconies to take in the fresh mountain air. The property also features a hot tub, sauna, clubhouse, and several heated outdoor pools.

Beyond Red Pine’s surprising affordability and exceptional proximity to Canyons Resort, guests enjoy being a few miles away from the shops and restaurants of the Kimball Junction area, as well as being just 10 to 15 minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and, of course, the endless variety of boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street.

**The local area shuttle service provides transportation to attractions within approximately a two mile radius (shopping, restaurants, and Canyons Resort), and does not include transportation into Old Town Park City, Park City Mountain Resort, or Deer Valley resort, which can be accessed using the complimentary city bus system. Shuttle runs on a space available basis and based on guest requests. Schedule times and pick-up times vary based on volume.

ACTIVITIES:

No matter what the season, there's always something going on in Park City. From the World Cup competitions on our slopes, to the summer music festivals, Park City outfits year-round entertainment.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms
    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
