This beautiful mountain home is nestled within aspens and firs on over 5 acres next to the Iron Mountain Express Chairlift. The location, location, location offers a peaceful and secluded ski-in/ski-out setting, yet enjoys easy driving access to Park City Main Street, The Waldorf or the Village at The Canyons.

The home features a gourmet kitchen opening into a great room and a spectacular bar and dining area for entertaining. The patio features BBQ and hot tub. Ski-in/ski-out access is provided by a groomed cat track to the home and the option of either Timberline or Iron Mountain Express chairlifts - both servicing a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced terrain.

The great room provides wide open space for entertaining family and friends in the combined dining area, wet bar and kitchen areas. In the early morning enjoy Starbucks coffee and a newspaper sitting by the fire or warm up after a day on the slopes!
