Welcome to The Lodge at Mountain Village, where convenience and luxury are the priorities, as guests enjoy ski-in/ski-out access and accommodations that are second-to-none.

Ideally located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort beside the PayDay chairlift, you’ll feel right at home in The Lodge’s hotel rooms, studios, and 1-to-4-bedroom condominiums. With no detail spared, The Lodge’s elegant slopeside condos have fully furnished kitchens, comfortable dining areas, and spacious living rooms – complete with cozy fireplaces and stunning mountain views.

The Lodge’s rooms truly are part of a mountain village, nearly all of them overlooking a charming centralized outdoor ice rink and its surrounding ski shops, restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops. Known as “your place for family and friends,” The Lodge caters to family gatherings both large and small, but also caters to business gatherings – boasting more than 7000 square feet of conference space, with some meeting rooms even having ski-in/ski-out access!

Of course, just a half-mile away lies Park City’s Historic Main Street with even more shops, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife. And both our concierge and on-demand shuttle are standing by to provide any additional services you may require during your stay.

Don't leave the comforts of home while on your vacation. The Lodge offers premium or standard rated hotel, studio, and 1- to 4-bedroom condominium suites. At The Lodge you enjoy spacious and comfortable units catering to your every need. Units feature a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious living and dining area for lounging and entertaining, wireless internet to keep you connected, and private bedrooms where you can unwind and catch up on your rest. An exceptional value and an ideal location, The Lodge is the perfect place to make your mountain retreat. Please note that, as a mountain community, air-conditioning is not typically required during the summer months. The Lodge at the Mountain Village does not offer air-conditioned units.

No matter what the season, there's always something going on in Park City. From the World Cup competitions on our slopes, to the summer music festivals, Park City outfits year-round entertainment.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms
    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.
