Welcome to The Loft at Mountain Village, the very epitome of luxury ski-in/ski-out lodging.

Located at the very base of Park City Mountain Resort just 20 yards from the PayDay chairlift, “The Lofts” are appropriately perched directly above the resort’s ticket window, and overlook the charming outdoor ice rink and surrounding ski shops, restaurants, boutiques, and coffee shops of the central Mountain Village.

Each 1-to-2 bedroom condominium features a fully-furnished kitchen, a comfortable dining area, and and a spacious living room with a fireplace and incredible mountain views. Enjoy second-to-none resort-side convenience as well as the luxury of being just a half mile from the famous restaurants, shops, galleries, and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street.

An on-demand shuttle and concierge is at your service for any area outings, but should you choose to relax closer to home, numerous hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool await you next door at our sister resort, The Lodge at Mountain Village.

No matter what the season, there's always something going on in Park City. From the World Cup competitions on our slopes, to the summer music festivals, Park City outfits year-round entertainment.

 

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • November 21 - April 15 (winter)
    A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

    *60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.
  • April 16 - November 20 (summer)
    A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.
  • Additional Terms
    All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card used to guarantee reservation on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein. No-shows will be charged for their entire stay. Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.
