Four night minimums are required for the winter Season, excluding Christmas, Sundance, and Presidents Week where a 7-night minimum is required. Seven night minimums are required for the summer season. Call for details.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The owner of this rental will contact you via phone or email regarding payment and cancellation policies. Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.
RATES:
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. SALES TAX: Utah 10.45% sales tax will be added to your final invoice.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposit check of two nights is required within 5 working days of reservation request. Reservation is not confirmed until deposit payment is received. A one night refundable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure, providing no damage is incurred.
PAYMENTS:
Full payment check to be received 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival date will be refunded but will incur a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 45 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment unless dates are resold, when payment will be refunded minus a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME:
Check-in time is after 3:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 10:00 am on departure day.
