IMPORTANT NOTE:
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The owner of this rental will contact you via phone or email regarding payment and cancellation policies. Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.
TAX:
A 9.35% lodging tax will be added to the above room rate.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:
A $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival in the form of a credit card authorization or money order/cashier's check.
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made 30 to 60 days prior to arrival forfeit the full advance payment. NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
