This luxury ski-in/ski-out condominium is located in the exclusive Village at Empire Pass in Deer Valley. One of only two units in Arrowleaf with true ski-in/ski-out access- located on the Silver Buck ski run and just steps from the new high-speed quad lift. Ski home for lunch, grill out on the balcony, and hit the slopes for a few more hours. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. 50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking, full payment is taken 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not guaranteed until we receive a signed confirmation back.
Payments
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 48 hours of initial booking, no fees are assessed. Cancellations made after 48 hours and outside 60 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
