A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. 50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking, full payment is taken 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not guaranteed until we receive a signed confirmation back.
Payments
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 48 hours of initial booking, no fees are assessed. Cancellations made after 48 hours and outside 60 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Excellent for a big group
This home is ideal for a large group. It's very spacious, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, and there are numerous gathering areas. We especially like the location- centrally located in Old Town, right on the bus route, a couple blocks from Main Street and PCMR, etc. Outstanding!
