Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If canceled within 48 hours of initial booking, no fees are assessed. Cancellations made after 48 hours and outside 60 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Amazing Stay!
My wife and I stayed here with two other couples, and we loved the home. It was top notch right in the heart of old town. Walk to Main Street or Park City Mountain Resort. We can't wait to come back!
