A 10.45% lodging tax will be added to the above room rate.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 45-60 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas (12/22 - 1/3), Sundance (1/15 - 1/25) and President's weekend (2/13 - 2/21)). If booking occurs within 45-60 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking (60 days for holidays).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
