This newly renovated condominium is located in Red Pine, near the base of The Canyons Ski Resort, Utah's largest. Only a short walk away is the parking lot gondola ("Cabriolet"). This accommodation is only thirty minutes from the Salt Lake City (SLC) Airport on excellent Interstate highway. Only minutes away are the Park City and Deer Valley Ski areas.
This two bedroom, two bath, and a loft unit features a newly renovated (May '06) kitchen (new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops). What more is needed for the chef preparing the gastronomic delight or simple breakfast to jump start the day? A new stone fireplace is the focus of the common area. For the comfort of guests, cable HDTV with DVD and DVD Library are available. The two baths are like few in Red Pine, both now with new maple cabinets, granite countertops, tile shower stalls, and tile floors. The condominium is completely furnished with your comfort in mind. The accommodation was completely redone and refurnished. This is a non-smoking, no pet accommodation.
Six people can comfortably sleep here. The downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed. Two twin beds are in the upstairs bedroom. The loft bedroom will accommodate two people. Laundry is either in the condominium or at the coin-operated laundry at the clubhouse across the street. The covered deck has a gas barbecue grill. There is a magnificent view of the mountains and ski slopes of The Canyons. Club house amenities include two full-sized pools (one heated in the winter), jacuzzi, sauna and kiddy pool. Tennis courts are on the grounds for your enjoyment during summer months.
Summer activities are only minutes away whether your pleasure is golfing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, or boating. Servicing the Red Pine complex are the city bus line and The Canyons shuttle only steps away from the unit.
The Factory Outlet Shopping and Redstone area are nearby for shopping, dining, or movie cinema. Main Street in Park City is two and a half miles away. One mile north is the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Sports Park. A 45 minute drive takes you to four other world-class ski areas of Solitude, Brighton, Alta, and Snowbird, a must see in either summer or winter. As you can see everything is waiting for you! DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable after inspection of unit. Final payment is due 30 nights prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% penalty.
