This is one of the best one bedroom Condos you will find at the Red Pine development, recently remodeled and just steps from the clubhouse with spectacular mountain views. Located at the base of The Canyons Ski Resort with The Cabriolet Lift within walking distance (or take the quick shuttle ride to the lifts).
The clubhouse features two swimming pools (one is heated to 100 degrees in the winter), spa, sauna, tennis courts and a childrens playground. This is the best place for year round activities and one of the best values in Park City.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of booking plus 50% of the rental amount. Final payment is due 30 nights prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a 100% penalty.
