Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.
TAX:
A 9.35% lodging sales tax will be added to the above rates.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation value is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable.
