Custom built to embrace a mountain lifestyle and tucked into the hillside, this home is located in one of the most desirable spots in Old Town Park City- within walking distance to Main Street, yet far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic. Hike, bike or snowshoe from your door and enjoy some crisp mountain air. Custom Built

This unique home is divided into an apartment level and a Penthouse which occupies the top two floors. Everyone will love having their own space! The two areas of this home are connected by outside stairs and a custom-built elevator that is designed to blend in with the design of the home.

The design makes amazing use of over $2,800 square feet (plus two garages and four decks) and was guided by the views and sun. The luxurious details, nautically-themed storage areas, and breathtaking views are sure to make your mountain getaway an unforgettable one.

Mountain Penthouse

The wide-open living and dining area is a perfect place to gather everyone together. Two decks and a wall of windows capture the views and add to the spaciousness of this home. Entertain in style with a gourmet kitchen, inviting dining area, and wet bar.

None of the bedrooms are back-to-back which enhances privacy and quiet.

The master suite, which takes up the entire fourth floor, is a wonderful spot to unwind. High, vaulted ceilings, open spaces, and high-end furnishings are just a few highlights of this suite. Inside, guests will find a large steam shower, walk-in closet, and a master bathroom that you'll want to take home with you! There's even a washer and dryer in the suite for added convenience.

Guest Apartment

On the main floor of the home is a guest apartment with two bedrooms and 1½ baths. Totally separate from the Penthouse, this portion of the home provides the ultimate private getaway. The apartment level has its own full, gourmet kitchen, steam shower, gas fireplace, and a washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms can be used as an office if someone needs to get a little work done while enjoying their vacation.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. 50% of the reservation total is due at the time of booking, full payment is taken 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations are not guaranteed until we receive a signed confirmation back.

Payments

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled within 48 hours of initial booking, no fees are assessed. Cancellations made after 48 hours and outside 60 days forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Beautiful home

This home worked perfect for our group. The quality of the home and the amenities were outstanding. It was great to be able to walk down to Main Street if the weather was nice enough, or be just a short drive to everything, including the resorts.

Would do it again

We loved the home and location in all ways. Our only challenge with the property is that it is multiple levels and has lots of stars. If that doesn't bother you, it can't be beat. There is a private elevator as well, which is quite amazing in a private home, but it's a bit slow.
