IMPORTANT NOTE:
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The owner of this rental will contact you via phone or email regarding payment and cancellation policies. Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.

TAX:
A 10.45% lodging sales tax will be added to the above rates.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A $250 security deposit and 50% of the rental balance is required to secure the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment is non-refundable if canceled within 30 nights of arrival.
