This Gold rated 2 bedroom 3 bath corner unit with over 1,400 square feet is a sophisticated mountain retreat with fine furnishings and art work that add to the long list of amenities to make your vacation a most memorable experience. The warm mountain elegance is apparent as soon as one enters this sunny corner unit with views of Park City and Deer Valley Mountains. Every convenience is at hand in this completely renovated mountain home.
Each bedroom has it's own balcony, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi- access, TV/DVD/MP3 docking station and down pillows for your comfort. All three bathrooms have a separate dressing area and the master bedroom bath has a jacuzzi tub. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa with inner spring mattress, wood burning fireplace, a 42 inch Panel TV with surround sound and a silent Bosch washer-dryer located off the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds and the second bedroom has a king bed and 37 inch panel TV.
Shadow Ridge is conveniently located across the street from the Park City Mountain Resort, literally steps from the lifts and the free transit buses to Deer Valley, The Canyons, and Main Street. Board the bus to Deer Valley or The Canyons and be dropped at the base thus avoiding the parking lot hassles.

A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The owner of this rental will contact you via phone or email regarding payment and cancellation policies. Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.
RATES:
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. SALES TAX: Utah 10.45% sales tax will be added to your final invoice.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposit check of two nights is required within 5 working days of reservation request. Reservation is not confirmed until deposit payment is received. A one night refundable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure, providing no damage is incurred.
PAYMENTS:
Full payment check to be received 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 45 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Please note, guests check-in at the adjacent Silver King Hotel.
