Minimum Stay Requirements = 3 to 6 nights (6 nights required during peak summer and holiday periods)
- Tax Rate = 10.50%
- Resort Fee = $75 plus tax per reservation
- Extra person charge = $15 per person per night above max room occupancy
BOOKING AGREEMENT
Nightly Rental Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging plus tax is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival are charged a $275 plus tax per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
Monthly Rental Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival are charged a $275 plus tax per unit fee. If reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. Cancellation made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN- Protect Your Vacation
Even a well-organized vacation can be impacted by the unexpected. A cancellation, delay, interruption, or accidental property damage can cost you your vacation investment and further expenses. As a service to our guests,All Seasons Resort Lodging offers a Travel Protection Plan, designed to protect your investment under the following circumstances:
- Injury before or during your trip
- Unexpected illness, causing entire party to cancel
- Weather delays
- Significant accidental damage to the rented property
- Trip Cancellation/Interruption*: 100% of lodging cost.Pays for non-refundable lodging payments if your trip must be cancelled or interrupted for unexpected injury, sickness, death and Other Covered Events listed on the Agreement.
- Trip Delay*: Up to 100% of lodging cost not utilized by guests. Pays for non-refundable lodging payment if you are delayed from your trip for more than 12 hours due to Covered Events at the beginning or during the course of your trip.
- Unintentional Damage to Unit*: Waives liability to the person making the reservation for accidental damage to the rented unit.

If you find a lower rate anywhere on the Internet for an All Seasons Resort Lodging property, we will match that rate and discount your All Seasons Resort Lodging stay an additional 10%.* If you find a lower rate on the Internet, claims MUST be reported within 24 hours of making an All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation online at http://www.allseasonsresortlodging.com.
Here's how to make a claim:
- If you find a lower rate on the Internet for the same room type, length of stay, number of guests, and dates of stay as your All Seasons Resort Lodging reservation, notify the property in which the reservation is made. Click here for contact information.
- Provide the representative with the website offering the lower rate. The representative will verify the lower rate while on the phone with you.
- Upon verification, the representative will adjust your reservation to the lower rate and provide an additional 10% off your stay.
