Just slide open your master bedroom arcadia door, nestle in to your scrumptious, king-size bed, and the sound of the Pacific Ocean will sing you to sleep. The guest bedroom, with two queen-size beds, has its own gorgeous views of the ocean and the hills of La Jolla.

EXTRA CHARGES:
Please note, holiday rates (defined as the holiday date, the day before and the day after the holiday) will be increased by 15% (New Years, Good Friday & Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving day, and Christmas). A cleaning fee of $120 will be added to your reservation. A $500 refundable security deposit due upon booking.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The owner of this rental will contact you via phone or email regarding payment and cancellation policies. Reservations are not guaranteed until a final confirmation has been issued from the requested property owner. You will be issued a temporary "reference number" by All Seasons Resort Lodging until the reservation has been confirmed by the unit owner.
TAX:
A 10.50% lodging tax will be added to the above room rate.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY:
Vacation rent money due 30 days prior to stay & to be paid in certified funds.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations outside of 30 days are fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
