NIGHTLY DEPOSIT POLICY:
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging is due at time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking occurs within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
NIGHTLY RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival are charged a $275 plus tax per unit fee. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. Cancellations made within 24 hours of initial booking are fully refundable.
