BOOKING AGREEMENT- Fort Marcy Hotel Suites

Reservations will be charged a one night room and tax deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due three days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made three days prior to arrival by 4PM local hotel time to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax. There is no refund for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.

During Indian Market and Christmas break, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a four night room and tax penalty.

Reservations and deposits may be secured by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.


BOOKING AGREEMENT- El Corazon de Santa Fe

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to avoid full forfeiture of deposit. A $75 - $100 cleaning fee ($75 for a one-bedroom and $100 for a two-bedroom) will be added at the conclusion of your stay.
