- 1 Bedroom Condominium: 640 square feet, sleeps 2-4 (One king or one queen bed in separate bedroom; some units have sofa bed in living room)
- 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Condominium: 1250 square feet, sleeps 2-6 (one king or one queen bed in one bedroom, and one queen bed or two twin beds in second bedroom. May have sofa bed in living room)
- 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath Townhouse: 1600 square feet, sleeps 2-8 (One king or queen bed in first bedroom, one queen bed or two twin beds in second bedroom, and one queen bed or two twin beds in third bedroom; some units with sofa bed in downstairs living room)
