All Seasons Resort Lodging represents over 500 vacation rental properties throughout the world-class ski town of Park City, Utah, beautiful San Diego, CA, historic Santa Fe, NM, and sunny Mesquite, NV. Our properties range from modestly priced condominiums to luxurious 4-Diamond, AAA lodging.
We began in Park City in 1999 with just one property and now manage the nightly rental program for 14 properties and the homeowners association for five of those. Our rapid growth is due to consistently high rental returns, clear and honest owner communication, professional maintenance, and asset value growth of each property we represent.
The principals of All Seasons Resort Lodging, Tom Overson and Alan Finnegan, have over 35 years experience in hospitality and condominium management. Tom Overson began his career with Marriott where he spent 15 years training staff and managing day-to-day operations. Before joining All Seasons Resort Lodging in 2003, he was a Regional General Manager for Marriott Hotels overseeing six hotels throughout the western United States. Alan Finnegan began his career with Village Resorts, one of the largest property management companies in the western United States, as Director of Marketing and Sales for numerous resorts from Scottsdale, AZ to South Lake Tahoe, CA. In 1993 he came to Park City, UT to become the General Manager of one of Utah's only Four Diamond hotels. Alan's experiences in property management and hotel operations assisted him in founding All Seasons Resorts in 1999, which changed its name to All Seasons Resort Lodging in 2007.
After years of working with second homeowners and investors in the property management business, we identified three key areas of owner interest:
