Park City Cross-Country Ski Terrain

With more than 70 kilometers of skiable terrain, there are a plethora of options for casual gliding or a cardio-pumping workout. Choose from these great options when picking the perfect place to ski and soak in beautiful Park City.

White Pine Nordic Center: With some of the best-groomed trails available in Park City, White Pine Nordic Center offers 25 kilometers of groomed trails, lessons, gear for rent, and guided tours for all skill levels. Tour the 3K, 5K, or 10K cross-country loops and utilize their guides to get to know the area even better, all for a reasonable fee whether it’s one day or the whole season.
Basin Recreation: 25 kilometers of free trails makes this area an excellent place to enjoy a day of XC skiing. These trails connect the Utah Olympic Park area with Willow Creek Park for multi-purpose use such as walking and biking.
Round Valley: Free to the public, Round Valley offers 25 kilometers of trails that are groomed daily for multi-purpose use. These trails are dog-friendly and offer various skill-level trails so you can pick what is right for you. Quinn’s Junction is the most popular of the trailheads and make sure to say hey to the snow bikers and snowshoers you pass!
Mountain Dell: Salt Lake County’s only skiers-only trail, Mountain Dell gives cross-country skiers more than 10 kilometers or varied difficulty terrain. Groomed daily for skate and classic, these trails are operated by the Utah Nordic Alliance and their volunteers so it is a true passion project. The venue offers amazing views and a low fee of only $10 a day.
