What to Expect During Your Stay

Experience historic downtown Park City from a perch on the hillside above Main Street. Descend the stairs into our lively community as all of Main Street stretches out below you. Walk the avenues where miners, skiers, and celebrities have all left their marks. And then head home for a relaxing evening in your own cozy condo.

This charming unit is an appealing mix of old and new. These colorful buildings are full of vintage appeal, squatting on the hill where silver miners once dwelt. The original hardwood floor is a rich and inviting touch, as is the antique-style gas fireplace. Renovated features, new furnishings, and fresh comforts are all here, too. A full kitchen, freshly upgraded bathroom (one of two), and two private bedrooms join the main living and dining areas.

Both of the bedrooms hold one queen bed, making this a perfect retreat for up to four. Both bathrooms are full. One is equipped with a shower, the other with a shower/tub combination. The bedroom hallway is also home to a washer and a dryer, where you can manage your laundry.

The star feature is the location. Sitting between Woodside and Park avenues, this condo is just a block from the top of Main Street. World-class restaurants, stunning galleries, and cute shops line the street. And Town Lift sits right at the bottom. That lift will take you to Park City Mountain, where you can experience some of the best powder in North America. Your rental comes with one assigned parking spot in a residents-only area of town, which makes it incredibly easy to take full advantage of Park City’s unique attractions.

What is the Residence Collection?

Each home in the All Seasons Resort Lodging Residence Collection is unique. When you select one of these homes, you are choosing the specific unit you see in the photos. You know exactly what to expect—a perfect stay. Reservations in most of our properties are assigned to one of several broadly similar units based on availability, which may vary in furnishings and decor.

Guests staying in a Residence Collection unit also have direct-to-door check-in—we send you a door code a few days before you arrive and you simply check-in any time after 4:00 pm.

Additional Terms

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
