They have provided strong rental cash flows, and have been very responsive in dealing with owners’ needs and highly sensitive to maintenance concerns. The property is better maintained and much more attractive under ASRL management. The ASRL team is very friendly and helpful. They have done a great job in guiding owners to keep their units fresh and up to date and in maintaining the property’s market profile.
