Conveniently located on the Mission Beach-Pacific Beach Boardwalk, Capri by the Sea is a high-rise utopia on the shore. Enjoy the nearby restaurants, bars, family attractions like LEGOLAND, and countless outdoor activities. On-site parking, an outdoor pool and hot tub, 24-hour security, and rooftop grills enhance your stay and keep you coming back for more.

Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Capri by the Sea, unit #102 in San Diego, is absolutely beautiful and completely newly remodeled. It has comfortable beds and everything you need for an extended stay. You can cook in the well-stocked kitchen; it has all the necessary cooking utensils. I highly recommend this place.

Unit 501 was spacious. The views were magnificent. It was great having a jetted tub for soaking. The underground parking garage was well-lit and easy to navigate. However, the unit has some structural oddities and needs a number of minor repairs. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and worn. Although its location is unbeatable, the building is just over 50 years old and shows its age. It's not bad, but it does show wear and tear. We enjoyed our experience, but be aware that this is not a five-star facility.

Capri by the Sea is in a great location. The views from each unit are great! We had a total of three units in the building for a family vacation. Two of the unit's were beautifully furnished, and were well stocked. The third had a great view. The location is great for the beach and San Diego attractions. The weather did not always cooperate, but again the building is well-designed.
