Contact-Free Self Check In

Checking in to your vacation rental is contact-free experience at all of our properties. Depending on where you’re staying, you’ll check in using an on-site kiosk, a secure safe, or right at your door with a simple key code. Once you make your reservation, your confirmation email will contain all of the information to ensure a smooth arrival.

Prior to arrival, all guests receive an email with a link to view and save our guest guide which contains:

  • Our 24/7 guest service phone number

  • Check-in instructions

  • Detailed driving directions

  • Parking information
  • WiFi information

  • Amenity details and local recommendations

Staffing and Hours at Check-In Locations

To protect both our guests and our staff, we’re practicing physical distancing and staggered shifts to minimize exposure to COVID-19. As a result, you may arrive to find that our check-in area is not currently staffed. Not to worry, though!

While our staff may not be there to greet you in person, we are still available to help you with anything you need thanks to our 24/7 guest service. That includes check-in assistance, answers to questions about your stay, or restocking your in-room supplies.

Housekeeping Service

Each condominium or residence is a unique and individual vacation rental. When you stay with us, you’re getting a unique home-away-from-home experience instead of a cookie-cutter hotel. To preserve the peace and privacy of your stay, our housekeepers don’t make daily visits to your accommodations.

Common Areas

Each and every member of the All Seasons Resort Lodging staff has been briefed and trained to follow sanitation guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and local health authorities.

In order to ensure the health of our guests, homeowners, and employees, the following measures have been taken in our common areas:

  • Frequent disinfecting of high-contact points such as elevator buttons, door handles, counters, public restrooms, and keypads
  • Stanchion posts and ropes to remind guests to keep a 6-foot distance when waiting in line
  • Plexiglass barriers between our staff and our guests at check-in counters
