Contact-Free Self Check In

Arriving at your Park City vacation rental should be just like coming home. Your check-in experience will be easy and secure, available whenever you are.

You’ll know exactly what to do before you even arrive. Before your stay, we provide you with the instructions you’ll need to easily find your lodging and check in. There’s no need to worry about business hours, losing track of your key, or waiting in line behind other guests. Depending on where you’re staying, you’ll check in using an on-site kiosk, a secure safe, or right at your door with a simple key code. Once you make your reservation, your confirmation email will contain all of the information to ensure a smooth arrival.

On-Site Staff and Guest Services

Some of our properties might look like a hotel, but we operate a little differently. We are a vacation rental company, after all. When you stay with us, you’re getting a unique home-away-from-home experience instead of a cookie-cutter hotel.

While you won’t always see our staff on site, we’re always hard at work behind the scenes, stocking our rentals with everything you need, making sure everything is perfect before your arrival, and diligently cleaning your accommodations between each guest. You can expect a wonderful, uninterrupted stay.

Housekeeping Service

Each condominium or residence is a unique and individual vacation rental. When you stay with us, you’re getting a unique home-away-from-home experience instead of a cookie-cutter hotel. To preserve the peace and privacy of your stay, our housekeepers don’t make daily visits to your accommodations.

If you would like to schedule our housekeepers to bring extra towels or pick up trash at any time during your stay, you can schedule service for your lodging by calling our 24/7 guest service number.
