PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about an 11-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and take around 20 minutes. 

NOTE: There will be construction taking place on the roof and HVAC units at Fort Marcy until Spring 2024.
