BEDROOM 1
The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat after a full day of adventure. Featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and warm Southwestern touches, this space is designed for rest. It also includes a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

BEDROOM 2
Perfect for friends, kids, or additional guests, the second bedroom includes two cozy twin beds and is conveniently located across the hall from the second full bathroom. Fresh linens and extra bedding are provided so everyone can settle in comfortably.

BATHROOM 1
The primary bathroom is located en-suite with Bedroom 1 and offers a clean, well-maintained space to refresh and reset. You’ll arrive to find plenty of towels and essentials, making it easy to settle in right away.

BATHROOM 2
The second full bathroom is situated just across from Bedroom 2 and features everything guests need for a comfortable stay. With fresh towels and a convenient layout, it’s perfect for families or groups sharing the space.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a single-story unit.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
