Reservation Policies

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.

Bookings made within 48 hours of the time of stay must be paid in full at the time of booking and are fully nonrefundable.

All payments will automatically be charged to the credit card on file on the due date. If all deposits or payments due are not received by the due dates outlined above, the reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein.

Because our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance, no partial refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Excellent location for participating in programming at the NAC adaptive skiing program located right next to their new mountain center with elevators and accessible devices to enter the pool etc. bathrooms may not be full ADA but it is great if you are like my family who utilizes narrow chairs and creative solutions for showers.

Hard to beat the proximity to the slopes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Do your best to carpool - parking in Park City is very limited.

The location is unbeatable! The floors above you creek with every step, so that’s annoying. Washing machines take only quarters although management said they take cc.
I would request a 3rd floor unit next time.

The unit was "just like the pictures". Great location and had all the amenities that we wanted. Staff was very helpful and prompt. Parking was a breeze (we rented a car from SLC and I highly recommend doing that). The Ski locker room was convenient and easy to navigate. We'd stay here again!
