On top of a prime location and great views, this condo offers two bedrooms and all the comforts of home across two floors of Southwest living.

On the ground floor, you walk right into the middle of a picturesque getaway. The living room offers plenty of space to stretch out and plenty of plush leather seating. It also opens into the kitchen and dining area, where you can take care of your own meals in style. You’ll also find a powder room tucked under the stairs.

Speaking of stairs, the upper floor holds both of the bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each of the quiet and inviting bedrooms has its own private balcony. And each of those balconies opens onto the beauty of Santa Fe. The hills stretch out in front of you, lovely at any time of the day—but even more breathtaking at sunset. One bedroom is a suite, with a king bed and its own bathroom. The other bedroom holds a queen bed and is just across the hall from another full bathroom. A set of laundry machines is also tucked away in the primary suite.

Outside, feel free to enjoy the amenities in the compound. That includes nine acres of landscaped and xeriscaped grounds, access to scenic trails, an indoor pool and hot tub, and plenty of parking. The downtown area is just five blocks away down a steep hill, which you can reach either down Otero Street or the historic Fort Marcy trail.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
