Make Santa Fe your home when you stay in this airy adobe condo at Fort Marcy. Part of a rustic compound a block from the site of the original fortress, this vacation rental pays homage to the past with its rustic decor, local art, and traditional design.

Enjoy a full residence of your own, with two stories of space at your disposal. The lower floor is dedicated to the main living area. It has a spacious living room with an authentic kiva wood-burning fireplace and a large TV. The attached kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to make and serve any recipe you set your mind to. And then you can enjoy it in the dining area with space for six. Finally, there is a powder room tucked under the stairs.

The second floor is more peaceful, dedicated to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a suite, with a king bed and an attached bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The other bedroom holds a queen-size bed and is located across the hall from the other bathroom (which has a glass shower). There is a private balcony overlooking the property and the hills beyond attached to both bedrooms.

While you’re here, make sure to enjoy Fort Marcy Hotel Suite’s indoor pool and hot tub. They are an ideal way to relax after a day walking up and down the hills of the downtown area. Speaking of which, the property is just five blocks up the hill from the plaza with its attending markets, malls, restaurants, and artisans. The famous Basilica of St. Francis of Assissi is just a couple blocks further.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
