The property boasts nine acres of landscaped grounds, offering breathtaking hilltop views of the city and a scenic gazebo for tranquil moments. With abundant parking available, your transportation needs are effortlessly taken care of, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the enchanting experience of Santa Fe without worry.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a single-level unit.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
