Please note that during the summer months, private hot tubs are deactivated by default but can be activated for an additional fee with advance notice—just contact our Guest Services office to arrange.

Park Avenue #224-1689 is a non-smoking property. The owner may consider one dog for monthly rentals during the Summer and Fall seasons on a case-by-case basis—please contact our Guest Services office for potential approval and details. Pets are not permitted for nightly stays or during the winter season.

Guests check in via our "Direct to Condo" process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information.
