Wasatch Mountain Snowmobile Complex
This unique government-funded snowmobile trail system offers more than 70 miles of carefully groomed trails in some of the most beautiful country in the State of Utah. With trails ranging between 2.6 miles and 15.7 miles, it’s easy to find a trail that suites your skill and ambition. If you get a little chilly, there are warming stations at the golf course clubhouse and the park visitor center. You will find this snowmobiling complex in the area between Midway and American Fork, Utah, about half an hour south of Park City proper.
Mirror Lake Snowmobile Complex
The Mirror Lake Snowmobile Complex actually includes two smaller, interconnected trail areas—Mill Hollow and Strawberry. Together, they cover more than 250 miles of groomed trails. That makes it the largest groomed snowmobile trail system in Utah, and a perfect playground for backcountry travel. Eight different trailheads connect to the network, allowing you to approach your ride from a variety of angles. Some trails reach as high as 13,000 feet above sea level, so make sure to take precautions for high-elevation adventure.
Park City Peaks Snowmobiling

Formerly “Thousand Peaks,” this private ranch sits on 60,000 unspoiled acres. They offer a variety private tours and instruction for everything from single drivers to corporate functions. You won’t see another soul during your tour, but you will see the gleaming peaks and bristling pines that surround this private powder playground. Rides can take you as far as 11,000 feet above sea level and cross a variety of terrain ranging from open ground to steep ascents.
