This single-level condo boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms and spans across 1,289 square feet of elegantly appointed living space. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a welcoming and spacious ambiance. The natural wood beams adorning the ceiling add a sense of southwest charm, while the gas Kiva fireplace in the living room corner invites you to cozy up and unwind.



LIVING ROOM

Large windows throughout the condo fill the space with abundant natural light and offer delightful views of your private courtyard. A glass door provides easy access from the living room to your private courtyard. Relax on the comfortable couch or four chairs while enjoying your favorite shows on the television.

LOCATION

The Quail Run community is conveniently located just 3.5 miles from Canyon Road, 4.5 miles from Meow Wolf, and 4.6 miles from the historic Santa Fe Plaza. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate that Ski Santa Fe is only 20 miles away.



RESERVATION POLICY

When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
