Introducing Silver King 513, a welcoming mountain getaway located just 150 yards from the base of Park City Mountain Resort. This expansive 2-bedroom loft condo offers 1,839 square feet of comfortable living space, providing plenty of room for up to 9 guests. While it’s not ski-in/ski-out, the unbeatable location makes getting to the lifts quick and effortless. From cozy interiors to thoughtful amenities, this retreat is designed to make your Park City vacation both convenient and memorable. Let’s explore what sets this property apart.

LIVING AREA
Relax in the cozy living space featuring comfortable seating, a TV, and a warm fireplace—perfect for winding down after a day exploring Park City. Large windows frame beautiful mountain views, filling the room with natural light. Please note: the hot tub is currently out of order.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. A charming hutch stocked with wine glasses offers added convenience, and the dining table seats six, making it ideal for family dinners or gathering with friends.

PRIMARY BEDROOM

Perfect for families or larger groups, the upstairs third bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin-over-full bunk bed. With plenty of sleeping options and room to spread out, this versatile space works well for kids, teens, or additional adults, offering comfort and flexibility for every type of traveler.

BATHROOM 2
Bathroom 2 offers convenient functionality with a clean walk-in shower and a separate vanity area, making it easy for multiple guests to get ready at the same time. Just off the vanity space, you’ll also find the in-unit laundry equipped with a full-size washer and dryer—perfect for keeping gear and clothing fresh throughout your stay.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
