Like most vacation rental companies, we briefly closed our doors amid the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of our guests, communities and staff. Reservations in Park City, Utah
For reservations departing between now and December 18, 2020, all deposits are fully refundable up to 3 days prior to arrival.
Reservations in San Diego, California
For reservations departing between now and December 18, 2020, all deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.
Reservations in Santa Fe, New Mexico
For reservations departing between now and September 30, 2020, all deposits are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival.
For reservations departing between October 1 and December 18, 2020, all deposits are fully refundable up to 3 days prior to arrival.
All other cancellation policies still apply as written.
Enhanced Cleaning and Safety Protocols
As always, All Seasons Resort Lodging is diligently cleaning and preparing each vacation rental home and condo before guests arrive. The following frequently touched areas have been disinfected by our trained housekeeping staff using Betco’s Fight-Bac® RTU.

All appliance handles, knobs, and keypads

All members of our staff have been briefed and trained on following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, and local health authorities.
In order to ensure the health of our guests, homeowners, and employees, the following measures have been taken in our common areas:
- Frequent disinfecting of high-contact points such as elevator buttons, door handles, counters, public restrooms, and keypads
Stanchion posts and ropes to remind guests to keep a 6-foot distance when waiting in line
- Masks and gloves for our employees upon request, subject to availability
- Plexiglass barriers between our staff and our guests at check-in counters
