Snow Flower 109 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo on the first floor of Building 3, offering a terrific view through the aspens to Eagle Lift and the surrounding ski runs. With access to Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts just a short distance away, you can easily come and go from the slopes. The convenient location also provides easy access to historic Main Street via Park City's free transit system.

LIVING ROOM

The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful knotty wood cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The open-concept layout makes it easy to stay connected with friends and family while cooking. Gather around the dining table with seating for 6, or enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar with seating for 3.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The inviting primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. Picture windows fill the room with natural light while offering stunning views of the surrounding slopes. The room also provides convenient access to the en suite bathroom.

BATHROOM 1 | EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom features granite countertops, knotty wood cabinetry, and a bathtub and shower combination with a tile surround.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds and a ceiling fan, making it a flexible option for children, friends, or additional guests. With at least 24 hours' advance notice, the twin beds can be converted into a king bed.

BATHROOM 2
The shared guest bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower with tile surround. A beautiful vanity with granite countertops and knotty wood cabinetry adds a warm mountain touch.

AMENITIES
Snow Flower offers convenient on-site amenities, including seasonal outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, ski lockers, conference rooms, and shared coin-operated laundry facilities. An indoor ski equipment locker is located just inside the building's back door, making it easy to store your gear just steps from the slopes. During the summer season, guests can also enjoy the on-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage. The condo also features ceiling fans, wall-mounted hairdryers in both bathrooms, and a wall safe.

Complimentary underground parking is available with one guaranteed space per reservation.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
