There’s more than enough seating in the living room, where you can enjoy time by the fire while you stream in the evenings. The couch even hides a queen-sized bed for a couple of extra guests.

Even with all of that, we bet you’ll spend most of your time out on the balcony. That is where the hot tub is, after all. Soaking in the tub over Main Street, you’ll feel like Park City royalty. Watch people wander up and down the street while you just drink it all in. Watch the sun set and the moon rise before retiring to the comfort of the plush suites upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, a large bed, and a relaxing atmosphere of total peace.

Your Main Street location offers more than just a great view. It also gives you a front-row seat to the hottest neighborhood in town. Your unrivaled downtown access includes more than 100 restaurants, galleries, bars, and shops. The trolley will help you explore everything Main Street has to offer. But, what is really special about The Caledonian’s location is its access to the Town Lift. Ski in ski out access on Main Street is vanishingly rare, and you’ve got the best location in all of Park City.

You can take the lift directly up to Park City Mountain from the plaza adjacent to The Caledonian. The location also offers you an assigned parking space in the garage below. Given how hard it is to come by Main Street parking, especially during ski season and the Sundance Film Festival, that guaranteed spot is a godsend.
