LIVING AREA
Relax in the comfortable living area after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Park City. The space features a comfortable sofa with a sofa bed, a smart TV, and access to the large deck facing Park City Resort. Central air conditioning provides added comfort during warmer months.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen features black appliances and everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The adjacent dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together before heading out to explore Park City.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The private bedroom features a comfortable California King bed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of mountain adventures. A DVD player is also available in the bedroom for additional entertainment.

The full bathroom features a convenient tub and shower combination.

AMENITIES
Guests have access to the amenities at The Lodge at Mountain Village, including an indoor/outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and a gym.
Guests also have access to garage parking underneath the Lowell Condominiums, with one parking space available.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Bus 1 (red) departs every 30 minutes from the Park City Mountain Village transit hub at the Ice Skating rink and takes you to Fresh Market, the State Liquor Store, Prospector Square, Old Town Transit Center, and Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley.

Bus 2 (green) departs every 30 minutes from the Park City Mountain Village transit hub at the Ice Skating rink and takes you to the Library, Town Lift, Old Town Transit Center, Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley, Fresh Market, Park Ave Condos, Park Meadows, Silver Star Express, Pay Day Condos, and Three Kings Condos.

Bus 5 (yellow) departs every 30 minutes from the Park City Mountain Village transit hub at the Ice Skating rink and takes you to Prospector Square, the High School, the Library, Old Town Transit Center, and Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley.

Bus 101 (Spiro) departs every 15 minutes from the Park City Mountain Village transit hub at the Ice Skating rink.
To Deer Valley: stops at Old Town Transit Center and Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley.
To Kimball Junction: stops at Park Ave Condos/Fresh Market, Canyons Village Transit Hub, and Kimball Junction Transit Hub.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 32 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 30 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 30 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
