THE AREA
Perched atop a hill near the site of the original Fort Marcy from which the property took its name, the modern Fort Marcy provides guests with panoramic views of Santa Fe, the outlying deserts, and the distant Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Santa Fe's historic downtown lies just blocks away–home to the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the Cathedral Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, the Mercado, Galleria, and Sena Plazas, the San Miguel Mission, and an endless number of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
AMENITIES
As a part of Fort Marcy Hotel Suites, guests are treated to a wealth of amenities that enhance their stay. The property boasts nine acres of landscaped grounds, offering breathtaking hilltop views of the city and a scenic gazebo for tranquil moments. Take a dip in the indoor pool or unwind in the hot tub within the main building. PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a single-level unit.
WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
Note: There will be construction taking place on the roof and HVAC units at Fort Marcy until Spring 2024.
RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
