Equipped with a living room, dining area, full kitchen, two private bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, this unit is a complete home away from home in the truest sense. Everything you love about home—the space, the comfort, the convenience, the entertainment—are all right here. The living space is an open concept under brilliant skylights, with the kiva fireplace serving as the focal point. This authentic adobe fireplace crackles cheerfully from the corner whether you’re cooking, watching a movie, or making s’mores.

Two bedrooms await you each night. One has a king bed and a TV, the other has a queen. Both are peaceful havens where you can get an uninterrupted night’s rest before another day of exploration and adventure. Two bathrooms are also available, each one with a walk-in shower to accompany its decorated vanity and painted sink basin.

The great outdoors beckons, and you can answer either from the comfort of your own covered porch or from the nearby trails and streets that will lead you to the historic plaza and famous basilica. The path into the heart of downtown makes for a tough walk back (all uphill), but the access to local restaurants, artists, and other merchants is more than worth it.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
